Healthy Food Access
An estimated 1.4 million people in Illinois use emergency food sites each year. The Healthy Food Access intervention targets local food banks and member agencies across the state to provide interactive nutrition and physical education and engagement in policy, systems, and environmental change strategies to improve diet and health among food insecure individuals, families and communities.
