Policy, Systems and Environmental Changes

Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) Change

PSE interventions have great potential to improve a community’s health by addressing socioeconomic factors and by making healthy choices more accessible across different settings to reduce disparities in outcomes associated with nutritional diseases.

Systems - Systemic interventions are changes that impact all areas of an organization, institution, or community.

Environment - Environmental interventions involve changes to the economic, social, or physical environment.
