CPHP focuses on expanding the SNAP-eligible populations’ access to healthy food by targeting food retail establishments. The Healthy Corner Store initiative implements strategies to improve availability of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat foods in corner stores and promote healthy food purchasing through direct education at corner stores, grocery stores and farmer’s markets.
