Auburn Gresham

This region includes Auburn Gresham, Washington Heights, Ashburn, Englewood, West Englewood, and Chicago Lawn.
Brighton Park

This region includes Brighton Park, South Lawndale, Archer Heights, and McKinley Park.
Humboldt Park

This region includes Humboldt Park, Austin, East Garfield, West Garfield, and North Lawndale.
Roseland

This region includes Roseland, Pullman, West Pullman, and Riverdale.
South Shore

This region includes South Shore, South Chicago, Avalon Park, Burnside, and Calumet Heights.

CPHP provides high quality, age, gender and culturally tailored nutrition education in a variety of venues across the city.
